See conversations users have had with your chatbot

1. Go to your UseChat dashboard

2. Click on the chatbot you want to view conversations for

3. Click on any conversation to view it

4. Browse the conversation history

You can also see the city and country of the user who initiated the chat, along with the date and time the conversation begun.

5. Also watch a conversation live as it happens
